Assistant City Manager 

The Assistant City Manager's primary purpose is to assist the City Manager with the general management and supervision of daily operations of the City.  Specific day-to-day duties involve the direct oversight of the administrative functions, including General Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology & GIS, Municipal Court as well as Special Projects.  The Assistant City Manager is also responsible to oversee the City's Utility Billing & Customer Service Department.  

Additional responsibilities of the Assistant City Manager include providing updates and reports to the City Manager, Mayor and Council, develop and manage the annual operating and capital budget and ultimately provide an additional point of contact for citizens on behalf of City Management.
