FOR THOSE ABOUT TO RUN......
There is NOTHING better than rock n roll music from the 70's and 80's, and we want to pay tribute to that. So we put together a rockin' good time for you! This run captures all the fun things you know and love from that time!
In addition to an awesome shirt and finisher medal, we will have a LOT of fun with music, lights, and all things ROCK n ROLL!

Event details and schedule
Race Start times are 730pm, 745pm, and 800pm. You will choose your start time when you register.
Plenty of FREE parking at Etowah River Park!
Awards will be given in the live run to the overall male and female, overall masters male and female, and the top 3 M/F in 5 year age groups from 14 and under to 70+
SUBMITTING YOUR TIME FOR THE VIRTUAL RUN
You will be able to submit your time anytime between 5/27 and 6/6. Please follow all of the steps below in order to be included in the results;
- Run or walk the race distance anywhere - even on a treadmill. If you are running/walking outside, please make sure you are following all social distancing rules and follow ALL local, state, and federal mandates!
- Take a picture of your time/distance. It can be through Strava, Garmin, Mapmyrun, or even a picture of your watch or treadmill display. As long as we can see your distance / time, you are good!
- Email your proof to runningmanwest@bellsouth.net within the time window posted above. Times submitted outside of this window will not count. Please include your full name in the email. ***VERY IMPORTANT*** In the subject line of your email, please put "Rock n Roll Canton Results Submission" This will help us know which event you are participating in.
Results for the virtual run will be posted by 6/7. Virtual runner swag will be mailed out 7-10 days after the race.

As we get closer we will determine the necessary protocols based on the current climate of the COVID-19 pandemic. Rest assured, all necessary protocols will be employed to keep you safe.
REFUND POLICY - No refunds and no transfers are allowed for this event. In the unlikely event of a postponement or cancellation due to Force Majuere, complete instructions will be sent to you via email regarding alternatives, should alternatives be available.
