Join us at the Peace, Love, and Recycle event, Oct. 12 from 7 a.m.-12 p.m., at the City of Canton Public Works facility located at 2525 Ridge Road! City Residents can recycle electronics, tires, paint, and paper shredding.

Here are some things to remember before you arrive:

• Must be a resident that lives within the City limits of Canton to participate
• Paper shredding, no limit
• Electronics recycling
• Tube Televisions - $25 cash fee; Please make sure you have help to unload
• Oil-based and latex paint will be accepted and limited to 10 gallons per vehicle (cans must contain 50% wet paint)
• Tires are limited to eight tires per vehicle (no dealer tires); wheels must be removed from tires
• Containers will not be returned, therefore bring materials in disposable containers or boxes
