Join us for a momentous occasion to celebrate and make a mark on history! On July 22, at 10 a.m., in Burge Park in Downtown Canton, the community is invited to attend to learn more about the history of Stumptown, and cut the ribbon on the newly installed history marker.

A reception will follow the ceremony at Zion Baptist Church. Parking is available at the churches adjacent to Burge Park, but is limited. Carpooling is suggested. 

The event is hosted by The City of Canton and History Cherokee.
